What happens to my deposit?

Your deposit will be registered with an approved government body and you will be notified of this, along with your registration certificate normally within 14 working days.

Can I insure my personal belongings and protect my deposit?

Compulsory Landlords insurance will not cover any accidents caused by you that inflict damage to any of the Landlords property or that causes damage/loss to your own belongings. In order to be fully covered and to protect your deposit as best you can, you will require Tenants Contents Insurance with the added option of cover for Accidental Damage to the Landlord fixtures and fittings.

How are inventories completed?

Photographic Inventories – when you move into your new home, as part of your Move In Pack. There will be a photographic inventory that records the condition of the property at the time of move in. This is by far the most accurate and fairest way of capturing the property condition for both tenants and landlords.
